List my venue

Tell us a little about your space and we will get back to you.

What a listing includes

Each space at your venue gets its own listing, with the price, the times it is free and any rules hirers must follow. You keep the listing, its photos and its calendar up to date.

How bookings arrive

You choose which bookings are accepted automatically. Any other booking comes to you as a request to accept or decline. Once you accept, the contract is between you and the hirer, at the price in the booking.

How you are paid

Hirers pay in advance, and Enni collects the payment as your agent. Standard operators are paid monthly in arrears and trusted operators in advance, less any booking fees and service charges. Any fees are shown to you before a listing is published.

Enni works out whether VAT applies to each booking and adds it to the price the hirer pays. Your payouts include that VAT, and the My Payments page shows the amount to declare to HMRC.

Prices and notice

A price rise needs at least 90 days' notice to hirers, which Enni sends by email. You can end a booking with at least 28 days' written notice through Enni, or at once where safety, safeguarding or the law requires it.

Insurance

You need your own insurance for the venue and its spaces, including public liability insurance.
